Um, could someone from the South please explain to me what Tub Trim is and why you would want to pay $11.75 for it? Is this perhaps the scariest place in the world?

As someone from the south I'd guess that its a tub of BBQ and trimmings such as bake beans, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, etc. You pay $11.75 for it because it I'll feed ya for a week!
