The Little Things. (II)

Most awesome mistranslation of the day: The source, who preferred animosity, told the UPI that the conference would cover a variety of topics.

I prefer animosity too, but I try and tone it down when I'm dealing with the media.

i love it! at least it was a translation. i was once editing an article by a native-English-speaking WRITER who confused "gambit" with "gamut". (Though I can't feel superior, I still sometimes accidentally type the wrong "your"!)
